RaShad was raised in Atlanta with 2 siblings. As a child, RaShad had aspirations of being an artist. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
As the years went by, RaShad worked his way from “Cashier at Sam’s Club” to “AP Supervisor at GA Pacific”, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
RaShad got into the real estate industry in 2008 when his aunt convinced him that he should get his RE license to earn some extra income. Initially real estate was only additional income on the side. After his job was forced to lay off workers or reduce wages, RaShad decided to pursue real estate full time and use the money from his severance package to start his real estate business. He set out to start slow and work with his family as a team. Once he saw the potential real estate offered him, his aspirations increased expeditiously.
As his career advanced, RaShad found his stride working with both Buyers and Sellers. He’s an expert in helping clients to get the best deal possible whether it comes from purchasing or selling homes.
