“We relocated to Atlanta and didn’t know the area. Taylor was very patient working with us to explore all the different cities around Atlanta and provided a lot of insight. Even though it was hard for us to decide what was best for our family, he continued to be easy to interact & communicate with. Whenever we would change directions, he happily cooperated even though it meant additional time and work. When we first contacted him via internet, he immediately responded and began working on our search criteria immediately. In the negotiation process, he worked tirelessly with the seller to ensure our requests were met. And at the day of the closing, the counterparts at the legal firm knew him and corresponded with him well. We have three young boys and they affectionately refer to him as Taylor! He was polite and playful with them and we consider him a friend of the family.
